SPR# JPAI8F8HAM - Changed a particular behavior of AdminP which was using a semaphore to serialize replication requests, out of an abundance of caution. Because replication was made thread safe many releases ago, this semaphore use is being removed to allow for more efficient parallel processing. If, for any reason, the old behavior is desired, the following notes.ini parameter can be set on the server: ADMINP_SERIALIZE_REPLICATION=1
